Perseus Group of Constellation Software Inc. Acquires Selectapension Ltd.

Crowborough, East Sussex, December 11, 2020 – Selectapension Ltd., the pensions and investment planning software firm, announced today that it has been acquired by Perseus Group, an operating group of Constellation Software Inc. (TSX:CSU), based in Toronto, Canada.

Selectapension’s acquisition is the first for Perseus Group in the UK pension and investment industry. Selectapension will join the Constellation Financial Software group, which includes software in asset finance and commercial loan portfolio management.
