When the original owner of Dealer Information Systems (DIS), a software provider for agricultural, construction, lift truck and truck refrigeration dealers, decided to retire, the company faced a serious challenge – it needed a new owner.

Fortunately, DIS was able to secure a partnership with the Perseus Group, an operating group of Constellation Software Inc., and ensured a smooth ownership transition.
